You cannot stimulate a corpse! No matter how much $$ you throw at Japanese banks, They are a never ending bottomless pit of debt. Same here at home. Let zombies die. Clean up the secret balance sheets or better yet jail a few head honchos and that will be the end of the problem. Until then we are f`ed.
