I still like DIS for all of it's other positive Buffet components but at the current price of $85.76/share it may be as much as 23% overvalued.

At 30 minutes into the video, the intrinsic value calculation for DIS is presented.

The analysis presented in the video is pretty straight forward as EPS, dividends paid and accumulated BV are factors used to calculate the intrinsic value. Note that to 10 year treasury bond rate is used to reflect the "risk free" interest rate.
