Our University's are better. But OUR kids aren't prepared compared to the rest of the world. So they send their kids here, we educate them, and they return. My son just picked up a second masters degree from a major US school in IT and it was comical to see his name among the foreign names. Most of the graduates were from India. An eye opener for me.
