Hi George, Here is the info. you requested: 1. Go to Wall Street Research Net wsrn.com 2. Hit the "Research a Company" button 3. Enter the stock symbol-CYPB 4. Click on SEC Filings (Who Where) 5. Click on Form 13D/A (Nov. 14, 1997) Good Luck. I noticed another Form 13D/A for March 6, 1997 by Allen & Company Inc. You might want to research that one also. Doug.
