We've now had four straight months of 200k+ jobs created for the first time since 1999. Tells you how much ZIRP, tax cuts and our bloated MIC have helped the real economy most Americans really care about. That said we probably have a nice mini boom the next couple of years as nice home prices rises in the most of the USA that is still cheap drive consumption upward for those not in the top 10-15% upward.. It is the American way<ng>..

Once home prices become over inflated due to too low rates for a long time then we are totally screwed like Japan post 1989 cause you know the DOW and S&P will also be way higher than even now by that point......Then we will really be pushing on a string IMHO
