Of course, the idea of people liking the big City's could be a result of the appreciation too. Much like people flock to a rising stock market.

Or got to get in or be priced out forever thinking is back in a big way? And this happening just six years removed from the greatest financial crisis since the great depression. The power of central bankers is legendary at this point..
