07/08/2014 ORDER granting 319 Motion to Withdraw 322 Notice(Other), 324 Letter - On January 31, 2014, the Receiver moved for leave to withdraw from this matter and no party filed any response or objection thereto. On March 31, 2014, the Receiver requested that the court hold his motion to withdraw in abeyance as there were unfinished matters the Receiver needed to address. Again, there was no response or objection from any party to this case. On July 2, 2014, the Receiver advised the court that he is ready to withdraw from this case as he has complied with all of his duties. No party has responded.
