Maybe I'm missing something here, but I am not worried about the new PROPOSED regs. First, there's gotta be a phase in time to givve the current non-reporters the time to get it together..Gotta be. Second, what a nice culling criteria we will have. Those who want pure lottery plays can go to the pinks, those who want real wanna be's and canbe's and willbe's can choose from the more upgraded BB. TG
