<<<< Clowns like you basically determine how much if any taxes you want to pay >>>>

I could take this to a personal level like you are so want to do - but what does that accomplish? It is childish and sad. In a way you are correct when you say that those in business have a lot of leeway in what they pay for taxes. But who in their right mind would ever do anything illegal and risk going to jail? Not me! But if I want to buy some expensive tools for instance, the law allows me to deduct the amount. What moron wouldn't take that advantage since it is legal and passed into law? The law was intended to spur investment spending by businesses - so there is a thinking and policy behind it. .......I keep telling you that we would all be better - and pay a fairer share of taxes - if we went to a flat tax removing all deductions. I've urge that here, but you are so stuck in your ideological hatred for people who think a little different than you do that you apparently would rather leave the current law in place and spend your time trying every way you can to insult people. You are not a clown Metacomet, but if you would get rid of the knee jerk hate and think about some of this stuff, you would find a lot to like. Wouldn't you like for the government to give you a check to help lower your energy cost?
