Yeah looking good burbs around Tampa MSA about the best in the country for what I have going right now. but I was alluding to big money coming in to more lower cost areas rather than just stick with the nice new expensive areas. Plus the demographic shifts going on few talk about. Lots of recent immigrants more willing to go to these areas put up a stake and rebuild. Is quite amazing the stuff i can still get would be like three times that in rougher hoods in Broward County right now. Premium always higher in SE FL you know that as well as anyone but these homes seem to have gone up 75%+ from four years ago. This won't last that much longer up here but more shadow inventory and the hot WS and overseas money is working other hoods for now..lol
