Agree on all points. Unfortunately for me, I am no longer young and I do live in a coastal city and state. :) I love it, though. I'm not worried. All things move in cycles, even ones heavily influenced by central planners. Those are even more predictable, although I much preferred when things ran on fundamentals and we could value risk based on the actions of millions of actors in the supply and demand equation. Now, we have to spend far more time parsing words that come out of the Fed. What strange times. Better for the few and worse for the many, but this was certainly not of my making. If I were in charge, it would be far different and I dare say far better for the majority.
