And you know it didn't boost the economy how?

As I have pointed out to you numerous times, tax revenue increased for several straight years after the '03 tax cuts.

You don't know where the economy would have gone, but we all have a pretty good idea where it was heading before the Bush tax cuts allowed it to start coming back.
