For sure, the influx of Latino teen immigrants of late has been bothering not a few Americans. Instead of railing against their persistence in coming to the US, Americans will do well to get to the bottom of what has been motivating them. By all means, go learn about the annexation, in the previous centuries, of vast chunks of territories (Texas, Califfornia, Colorado, Arizona, Utah & etc --- all of them Latino terrirories). Unless you examine how the US has been exploiting Central American countries for a very long time, your reaction to the hordes of Central American teenagers coming here, is nothing more than just an egregious exhibition of your hatred and ignorance.

For starters, read William Blum's book,
