You seem fixated on the fed. I am not. I figure Yellen will do a pretty good job. Otherwise our government has lots of problems and most are tied to control of our government by the rich and the ignorant i.e. the Republican party.

The fed is too complicated for me to understand, so I will listen to Krugman and Stiglitz. If those two are not alarmed (and they are not) I am not going to be alarmed because no one knows more than they do about the fed and they tell the truth.

And there are much larger problems facing us: global warming, our plutocratic oligarchy, over population, worldwide pollution, nuclear war, middle east turmoil, Russian and Chinese hegemony and most of all the Republican party that has been dragging this country through the mud for 50 years now.
