Doug, The data seems to be worse case scenario and if Merrill holds as much stock as they appear to then they are looking to make up 97 with the results of 98. The scenario of DVD expolding thru 98 with the COGS being reduced and higher margins I think at some point the investment community wakes up. The synergies with the Ensoniq and Cambridge have to open up new products and new markets as well. They did not acquire these companies to stand still and Merrill is advising them.
