This may not sound like much of a recipe, was rather sceptical myself.........until I tried it. A friend told me of a new way, at least to us, to cook pork back ribs, said he had heard about it from a mutual friend who claimed they were to die for. He tried them first and raved about them. I tried them which resulted in this post. Amongst the best I have had, but the beauty is in the simplicity.

Just place them in a slow cooker, pour in a can of Coca Cola and let them cook for six to eight hours. I refrigerated them overnight and then put them on the Barby with just a run of the mill sauce and thought they were fantastic. They remained very moist as opposed to some other methods. The person who told me used a dry rub, so the finishing is flexible.
