Two questions I would like to ask you,
1)If yours or any other firm was about to upgrade/downgrade a particular stock would the MM for that firm have knowledge in advance of the public and be able to trade on that knowledge?

2)Would I be correct in assuming that MMs generate most of their profits from being short more often than long?If so can you shed some light on this assumption?
