The Articles of Confederacy are sort of like Smirks administration, they blot it out. Every time they come up with a bold plan to get back to what the Founders intended, they inevitable trot out something that was in the Articles of Confederation. I think it is safe to assume that the Founders were familiar with the Articles and didn't include them in the Constitution for a reason.

But that doesn't stop the teapers from believing the Fathers wanted it desperately for their grateful children.
