Jay, Point of fact -- the NASD can elect to have ANY company removed from the BB for various violations if they so choose, thus you statement this company "can't" be delisted is false. Trading in the pink sheets is clearly not as attractive to investors or companies as trading on the BB. BTW, I'm not suggesting this company has made any such violation, only that your statement is incorrect. I think the NASD puts out a publication called (and I have a bad memory so don't hold me to this) "market place rules" where you can learn more about these topics. They can give you the name if you call them. Incidently Jay, as a matter of ethics, (and perhaps law), could you please tell us -- are you paid by this company to promote them? If so -- how much?
