Just a quick question... The company has changed its name to Tecmar. Now don't get me wrong, this is probably a good move, but I thought "WE" the shareholders were supposed to get to vote on this at the annual meeting. Does this mean that our vote on this issue is really a moot point? Second question...it says in the circular i got that you are supposed to mail in your proxy info, if you plan to attend the meeting, 10 days before the meeting. Today being the 22nd, I seem to have missed this period. Can I still attend. Third question:....anyone else going to the meeting? Jean
