I tried to do a little Christmas shopping this weekend and it's crazy out there but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Anyway, I received a memorandum from CAFE yesterday and here it is :

Due to a technical problem, there is a delay in the distribution of the memo originally slated to go out on Friday, December 12, 1997. We anticipate resolving this matter first thing on Monday, December 15th, and will be faxing out the information at that time. As you know, this is a newly created system designed to address your concerns, keep you abreast of upcoming events at the restaurants and to enhance communication between the corporate office and shareholders/brokers. In the interim, please bear with us as we attempt to perfect a system beneficial to all concerned.
Also note that from this point on, we will be faxing out weekly information every friday at 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.
Again, we thank you for your patience during this process, as well as your continued support.

So there it is, we will be able to read whatever they have to say/answer by tomorrow. I will keep y'all posted. I think all of CAFE shareholders should voice your concerns by faxing to them because one or two might not be enough to keep their ass moving. One alone cannot but together as a group, we might move "even mountains". Sorry, I'm really bad with proverb, but it the idea that counts right?
