Congress is a block of concrete chained to his ankles. His approval is something like 7X theirs right now. If they would actually do something, his numbers would go up a bit.

Truthfully, I don't much care what his ratings are these days. I've accepted that a third term is not in the cards for Obama. This issue seems to concern Tench and Rs in general much more than it does me.
