We spent time on the road last week with Anadarko SVP – Exploration, Frank
Patterson, and VP – IR, John Colglazier, visiting investors on the West Coast.
We were a bit surprised that very few investors raised the issue of potentially
more restrictive legislation on horizontal drilling in Colorado. But we came away
reassured that management will continue to be aggressive in pursuing all
reasonable options to unlock value to the benefit of shareholders.

Buy rating and 12-month target price of $23/sh. Our positive view primarily
reflects FELP’s low cost structure, long reserve life, exposure to the international
