I think gaps like the one that was there at $1.30, which took 4 days to fill are the ones that usually require filling. Breakaway gaps, especially like the ones you were initially concerned with, do not need to be closed/filled, IMO. This is not to say they won't be "magnetic" should the stock find it's way back down in that area.

The chart has had a beautiful move. If gold does work it's way toward 1450, odds are this one has a lot more in store for us!!
