Bobby, your points and questions are valid. But, it is nearly impossible to get a handle on it all. Even the OECD is forcasting 2.8% growth in the EU next year while the French government is trying to find ways to get more off the welfare rolls by slight of hand instead of creating real jobs. I can't figure out the intentional liars from the ignorant prognosticators from those who really know the truth about anything. You have company in that boat, hand me an oar.
