The Paragon (PGN) spinoff has finally arrived (July 23 record date, August 1 pay date)
which we believe will drive valuation uplift at NE 2.0 (NE). Post-spin, NE will have
a top tier fleet (that is what happens when you spin-off non-core assets) and an OCF yield
(post maintenance CAPEX) of 14% leaving ample capacity for dividend growth, buybacks,
and fleet growth. We are increasing our TP to $37 (from $36) includes $33/share for NE 2.0
and $3.5/share for PGN ($10 split adjusted).
