Saw that on ur thread....have no problem with old technology, its fundamental to a whole lot of things. somewhere there is a story about a carbon filament lightbulb that ran in an Oakland ca. fire depot continuously from early 1900 to 2005 or 6....the change to tungsten filament gave the light bulb industry what it was looking for, certain and predictable time cycle for replacement. That is how business was done in the last baktun...this is the next Baktun, things are truly different. though not yet apparently so to the in bred inertia, that's yet to come to grips with the changes....
