CQE-T top pick from Bill Bonner and Joanne Hruska says wait to buy towards $2.

Bill Bonner says why buy Cequence Energy (CQE-T)

A recent sale of non-operated assets for $141 million has set up Cequence Energy to optimize the company’s Montney focused asset base in Alberta. The company’s management team, lead by Paul Wanklyn and Howie Crone, have a great record of capturing large resource opportunities. The sale temporarily reduces their production to about 10,400 boed, but also leaves the company with a bullet proof balance sheet...$10 million cash in the bank, plus an undrawn credit facility of $135 million. Bottom line is the company’s drilling plans at Simmonette will drive production back to 15,000 boed by the end of Q1 2015. Given the momentum in their drilling program and a positive outlook on nat gas next winter, it is highly likely production growth will continue through 2015...it is not unreasonable to expect $150 million in cash flow or $0.75 per share looking into 2016...there seems little downside owning a Montney natural gas producer at 3.5 times cash flow.
