No, not after he has been put to bed. That is not the most difficult item. It is the constant needs both day and night. I do have some excellent help to bathe him but the 3 x a week is falling apart as she is going to school now to become a nurse. The owner of the company just called and is still looking for someone as excellent. I know he is doing everything he can. I actually wouldn't want anyone here at night except family or someone whom I trusted to stay the night :)
