"We sure as hell can help 50,000 desperate kids. " There are 9 million desperate kids under the age of 15 in those 3 countries. Mexico has about 40 million kids, but I don't know how many are desperate. Latin America and Caribbean has close to 200M in total. How many should we take? Who should we take; those who apply, or those who are breaking and entering, so to speak?
