I suppose the CIA could do something like that, but why would they do that the way it currently appears??? TIA I suppose to make Putin look like the bad guy??? But, if the CIA did, in fact, do it, then why make it look like it was done by the pro Russian Ukrainian separatists??? Why not make it look like it was the Russian army??? Or maybe, the CIA shot down the plane in the first place??? This kind of guessing could go on forever... GZ
