Yes, something is messed up. Whenever I try to pay the offer or sell at the bid these days, always through TD Waterhouse, I get filled at something like $21.299 rather than at $21.30 where I put my order.

A good bit of this craziness could he stopped by allowing all of us to trade to the same decimal levels.
