Sam, this is important... You said: "He stated that the company had added the Select All button and fixed the port configuration problem." (directly addressing the negative items in the recent article) Let me relate this to an experience earlier this year. I can personally attest to the fact that MRVC is reponsive on these minor repair issues when they are brought out in the trade press. Turns out, there was another technical issue I brought up a while back concerning DirectIP. Well, not only was the issue resolved quickly, but I was actually forwarded some information from an engineer related to solving the problem. The important thing here is that MRVC proves it can act quickly and effectively on minor problems...and by the way, apparently handles all the major issues to beat competitors up front. I WONDER IF THE PUBLISHERS OF THAT ARTICLE WILL RUN ANOTHER ARTICLE COMPARING THE BAY AND MRVC SWITCHES NOW? HMMM? Dan
