But no reasonable person would argue that Obama has been anything other than a foreign policy disaster. His absurd "message to Putin" about how he would have more flexibility after the election was essentially a message to Putin proclaiming, "I'm weak; I'm stupid, and you can do any damned thing you want because you're dealing with a rank amateur." The man couldn't negotiate his way out of a paper bag. And that is obvious to every foreign leader at this point. Every time I think it cannot possibly get worse, this president does something even more stupid.
