No, because it's legal everywhere. The regulators must be scratching their collective arses, or, it is difficult to attack under the current law.

Going to Aleynikov case, the Congress
acted VERY QUICKLY to pass a law to make what he did illegal (you can read all
about it on relevant wiki) after his acquittal! So, we can pass some laws quickly, but not other laws -ng-
