Absent a complete disaster, I'm not worried about iPad numbers.

The feeling after the dec quarter was that the iPhone and iPad were both still growing units, albeit slowly. In the March quarter, we were left with the impression that iPhone business was growing faster than we thought, and that the iPad was growing not at all. Obviously, investors preferred the scenario where the upside potential of the iPad was removed, but the downside threat of contracting iPhone sales was also removed. Seems to me that iPad numbers now matter just about as much as Mac or iPod numbers.

Re: IPhone 6 Margins-- I think the margins for the 4.7" iP6 will be lower than the traditional new iPhone (although the 5 seemed pretty costly), but the revenue mix this year will swing so heavily in favor of the iPhone that the blended GM% will still be improved.
