For speech therapy at least, I can't imagine NOT using iOS. iOS is where this stuff is happening, not Android. Retail may be a different thing; I haven't done any systems work in retail in 20 years, to speak of.

I think the medical field will ultimately be owned by Apple tablets. If for no other reason, the perception that it is the premium product is strong and probably isn't going away anytime soon. Not commenting on whether it is, but there is no doubt that physicians aggressively embrace Apple.
