i find it incredulous that such talks were not newsworthy.. while a low offer may have hurt the underlying stock price, a decent offer would convince some people to take a gamble here-- i am not a long term long until there is something that merits my commitment.. superfluous conjecture just ain't it.. sometimes my vocabulary just kills me.. taxi
