You probably wont find a translation out of the journal article that is cited. And that is behind a paywall unless you know someone in college with access to JSTOR. It, however is well known in Israel. Has been for 30 years. The New Historians have used it and other documents from Israeli and British archives to expose the propaganda the Israeli government has been spreading for decades.

it has been pretty rough on the Israelis. A lot of them have progressed to the bargaining stage, though.
