One night several months ago, I spilled a glass of wine into my keyboard. I poured what I could back into the glass (first things first)then mopped up the rest. The Unknown Lurker happened to call as I was getting out my hair dryer and, as he's an expert on computers, I asked him what to do. "Throw it out," he said. "It won't survive." (Yeah, easy for him. He works for a big, rich company)
However, I dried it out with my HELEN OF TROY hairdryer and it works better than ever. I think the alcohol probably disinfected it or something.
