don't know if this huge swing means anything, but a large price appreciation often is the forerunner to significant newz..... this site shows 43+ million shares outstanding & a market cap of 23.75M$.... otcbb.com on Yahoo they show 7+ million shares out with a cap of only 3.88M$.... ca.finance.yahoo.com wOw! - what accounts for this discrepancy? could it be that the 36 million shares are what is held by insiders? this will be my working 'hypothesis', until or unless we are told otherwise.... I'm not just pulling these numbers out of thin air.... this is from Kal Kotecha's article posted at 321Gold, for the Junior Gold Report > There are 43 million shares issued and outstanding of 300,000,000 authorized and currently 7.2 million shares are free trading. The price is stabilizing between $.50 and $.60. With so little shares currently free trading, it wouldn’t be hard for the stock price to appreciate, so any piece of good news could send this stock soaring.
