It's been 11 years since your post..............

Our firm moved into a new office in VA, an old house in a historic district that we rehabbed.
We were told it was haunted.
Since we have been here, 3 different people have heard footsteps on the hardwood floors when they were alone in the house.
Most recently, on a Saturday afternoon, a woman was windexing the office doors on the second floor, when out of the corner of her eye, she saw the white shadowy form of a man moving down the hallway and entering an office.
