I'd be happy to substantiate any of the opinions you claim are unsubstantiated; please be more specific; that is if you can get beyond the sophmoric namecalling.

By the way, I disagree that ZOLT did a nice job of raising capital for plant expansion. The public offering was floated at a time significantly before it was required and alllowed new investors to share in the equity (that you built) at a cheap price. If the company had waited until the funds were indeed required, they would have had to sell far fewer shares for the same capital.. Furthermore, debt should be considered for part of any capital allocation, since the cost of equity usually exceeds the cost of debt - which I'm sure you know, don't you?
