Kerry, Obama and the other brain-dead leaders of the EU have tried for years to forge a "worthless" peace agreement between the civilized, peaceful, democracy of Israel, and the brutal, backward, uncivilized Palestinians. That has just been such a worthless waste of time. There will never be true peace between Israel and it's backward, religious intolerant, hateful muslim neighbors until the leaders of the civilized world coerces most of the Arab/muslim world to accept Israel's right to exist. As long as the hate-mongering, religiously intolerant Arab/muslim dictatorships refuse to acknowledge Israel's right to exist, the pawns in the government of the Palestinians will NEVER accept a peace agreement, NEVER. Neither the US or the EU has ever has the backbone to condemn the Arab/muslim nations for religious intolerance and their horrible treatment of Jewish and Christian minorities.
