Bob, IT has not issued a software update or fixed the issues you decribe. They dtill have lots of dirty data. Tick data gets erased. Lags during high volume, etc, etc.... If they could get it right it would be great. I tried there RT service and IMO it wasn't worth paying for..... Have been using interquote with great speed and reilability.... Sean
