Yes, that may all be great for Anglo American, but it's an ongoing procession of thousands of tons of our various and valuable ores shipped out to the Chinese, Japanese and others to add greater value in terms of vehicles, tv's, 'fridges, microwaves, etc ..., etc... You name it.
Japan doesn't have one cup of iron ore within its territory, yet it produces more structural steel than does the USA.
We, here, in South Africa then import all those beneficiated goods.

All that goes on while thousands of African South Africans are without work and so many crowd into our already overcrowded cities looking for any form of work and expecting to be provided with homes.

What the country needs is the creation of industrial hubs which can turn our mineral resources to a greater value per ton than shipping it out for others to benefit. These hubs will undoubtedly attract the unemployed and drain them away from the cities. That should be coupled with training and furtherance of education, which has been sadly lacking within the African South African communities.
