As for the Mufti and Nazis, The Zionists plan was in action way before Nazis final solution. European Jews were moving into Palestine in small numbers in the early 1900s. The Palestinians welcomed them into their home, then the migration increased. Even Arab Jews felt that their culture been hijacked. To stop the inflow of European Jewish migration into Palestine, The mufti went to Hitler and made a deal with him. Hitler will forbid the Jews to come to Palestine and the Mufti will convince the Muslims in the Balkans to join Hitler. That is the extent of it.
