Depends on what you consider your goals - Israels goal is to reduce the capacity of Hamas to launch rockets. Looking like they've made substantial progress.

Hamas goal - dead bodies equal more aid money and hopeful lifting of embargoes. Except for the body count - their goal has not yet been met - if Egypt caves then international pressure would probably cause Israel to as well - but it's not looking good yet.
