Machaon, you sound like an Israeli propagandist. are you? Is that how you earn a living? Just wondering. Your solution for the Palestinians to just sit tight and be peaceful and the Israelis won't kill them anymore isn't a solution for them. The Likud party has never backed the two state solution. Ariel Sharon started the "settler movement" to ensure that there couldn't be a 2 state solution. Likud wants Israel to keep all the land.
When Palestinians are peaceful nothing happens; just more settlements get built.
