There are segments of the Arab population who make find doctors, researchers, etc. But the vast majority of the populations have been held back by hate-filled religious doctrine. They choose that life for themselves and that is their prerogative. They should not expect to have the kinds of progress the rest of the developed world has. There are bright spots but they are few and far between.

So, I really don't know what your point is.
